Discovery & Onboarding
Discovery Call
We start with a brief introductory call to understand your project, goals, timeline, and whether we’re the right fit. This call sets the foundation for next steps.
60-90 Minute In Person Design Consultation
Every project starts on site, if possible, to walk the space, discuss your needs in detail, review possibilities, and outline the scope. This working session provides immediate value and informs the proposal.
Proposal & Signed Agreements
You receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, services, investment, timeline and project structure. Everything is clearly defined so you know exactly what to expect.
Once the proposal is approved, design agreements are signed and the project officially begins. This provides a clear foundation and ensures we are aligned every step of the way.

Design Development
Design Process
We begin developing the design. Space planning, renderings, furnishings, finishes and curated details.
Presentation & Approvals
This is where your design begins to come to life. The full vision is presented in a clear, comprehensive format. You’ll see floor plans, renderings, material & furnishing selections and the overall design direction.
Together we will review each element, refine as needed and finalize all selections. Once approved, the design is ready to move into procurement.

Execution & Installation
Sourcing, Procurement & Project Management
We manage all aspects of purchasing, vendor coordination, lead times, and order tracking. Throughout the project, we conduct site visits and working closely with contractors to ensure our vision is executed seamlessly and comes to life as planned.
Installation & Photography
Once all items are ready, we schedule installation. Furnishings, window treatments, art, accessories are placed and styled with intention and the design comes fully to life.
Professional photography captures the finished space, documenting the transformation and celebrating the final result.
